Hello,
I’m Deborah Korlin, owner and Principal Broker of CENTURY 21 MVP in Sevierville, Tennessee.
I have been involved in real estate for most of my adult life, and in 2004 I started my career as a full-time professional Realtor. I have helped hundreds of clients buy and sell real estate in the greater Smoky Mountain area of East Tennessee.
My husband Mike and I bought Century 21 MVP in 2008, and we have since grown it to almost 40 Agents. Our office has received numerous awards and was Tennessee’s highest ranked individual Century 21 office by production with over 500 closings each in both 2021 and 2022. Even after things slowed down in the wake of covid, we have continued to earn awards. My team and I earned the Century 21 Grand Centurion Award in both 2023 and 2024. We have nearly 400 5-star reviews with Century 21.
My specialty is representing buyers and sellers of fine homes and estates, investment cabins and new construction as well as representing developers and entire resorts.
I work closely with my personal team which consists of our son Greg and our daughters Amber and Alexandra as well as our transaction coordinator Veronica Powell.
When I am not working with my clients, I enjoy life on our 40-acre farm near Douglas Lake in Sevier County with my husband Mike, our horses, and our Swiss Shepherd dog Coda.
